California Extends Comment Deadline: Proposition 65 Regulatory Action
The Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA) is extending the comment period for its proposed regulatory changes concerning the averaging of concentrations of reproductive toxicants in food products and determining the average use of a consumer product for purposes of calculating exposures to listed reproductive toxicants.
Public comments must now be received by Monday, December 3, 2018 at 5:00 pm.
